Great hotel, except the service for the continental breakfast. We were ignored two days in a row for coffee & tea service. In general most staff seemed like we were annoying them!

great setting but a little dowdy with an IKEA vibe. Romantic room is the solution to a depressing street level room, pay the extra as it is worth it. Maybe a facelift is in order as the place has nothing but possibilities. Good value if you don't want to hang out in your room. Staff is better than the decorating.
